Tiny truths and gentle tools for anxiety, attachment, and motherhood.

What you'll find here:

Therapy Bites™ Gentle Notes are quiet letters from a therapist — written for real life, not perfection.

Each note offers either:

  • a tiny truth to help you understand what your nervous system is doing, or
  • a small, grounded tool you can try if it feels supportive

Nothing to master. Nothing to do “right.”
Just gentle understanding, one note at a time.

Every other week, you’ll receive:

  • One thoughtful note — never long or overwhelming
  • A rotation of themes: anxiety, attachment, and motherhood
  • A question or a tool (we alternate — so your system isn’t overloaded)
  • Each Gentle Note is meant to be read on its own. Take what fits, and feel free to leave the rest.

This is designed to feel like a pause in your week, not another demand.

I’m Cynthia Brown, LPC — an attachment-rooted therapist.

I believe many of our struggles aren’t signs that something is wrong with us, but signs of a nervous system that learned to adapt early.

Therapy Bites™ grew out of the same work I do in the therapy room: slowing things down, making sense of patterns with compassion, and offering small tools that help the body feel safer over time.

This newsletter is an extension of that space. If you’re curious, you’re welcome here.
